Mr. Way, a seasoned Program Director and an executive delivery specialist who brings experience from previous roles at DQA, Slater and Gordon Lawyers, Transpacific Industries Group and AusNet Services. Mr. Way holds a 1996 - 1997 Masters in Management @ Swinburne University of Technology. With a robust skill set that includes Requirements Management, Program Management, Operations Management, Project Management, and Business Development.
He has spent the last 25 years establishing and delivering large transformational programs across multiple industries. As an experienced CEO, Executive Manager, and delivery practitioner he has a keen understanding of the impact major projects and initiatives have on ongoing operations and profitability.
His strong leadership skills and pragmatic approach to strategy development, delivery, governance and critical path management has been refined by lessons learnt across multiple challenging industry sectors.
With broad management and operational delivery skills, he has proven capability to establish teams of several hundred resources, managing $500 million plus programs of work delivering transformational outcomes.(location: Australia/Singapore)
