In the most significant change in its 35 years history, the TSC Global group
announced the relocation of its corporate headquarters to Singapore, where it will manage its
network of affiliated offices worldwide, and the appointment of a leading Digital Entrepreneur
as its CEO, Michael Dickerson.
As well as leading an international management consultancy
firm with a rich history of innovative and transformational projects across 104 countries
worldwide, Mr. Dickerson is responsible for TSC’s entry into the lucrative data center and AI
markets with the launch of its wholly-owned subsidiary, GK Hyperscale Data Center.

Hyperscale will shortly announce its first two 100mw Hyperscale facilities in Central Asia and
plans to expand further into Central Asia, East and West Africa, Southeast East Asia, and the
MENA region. All of these new Hyperscale facilities include GK Hyperscale designing,
constructing and operating 600MW to 1GW electricity stations and leading-edge water management
technology.
In partnership with a global technology corporation, it will launch an
innovative Sovereign Cloud product protecting data sovereignty for countries while at the same
time allowing for business connectivity in a highly secure environment.
