Sukh Chopra (COL Retd, PBS) is the Chairman of TSC Global, an international management consulting group headquartered in Singapore. He also presides over GK Hyperscale, a subsidiary focused on global data center investments. Additionally, Chopra holds the Independent and Non-Executive Chairman role at Shanaya Limited, a prominent company listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange. His commitment to social good is evident in his active participation as a board member of LoveNils, a charity aiding children with cancer in Singapore.

Throughout his career, Chopra has earned numerous accolades, such as the Public Administration Medal (Military, PBS) awarded by the President of Singapore and further recognition for his service from a Minister within the Prime Minister’s Office. These honors highlight his significant military, public, and community service contributions.

Chopra’s academic background includes an MBA from the University of Tasmania, Australia, and a certification from Singapore's Institute of Directors for governance roles in publicly listed companies. His military career in the Singapore Armed Forces culminated in the rank of Colonel, with notable senior command appointments. Post-military, he transitioned to leadership roles at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy.

His global influence is marked by his work in Afghanistan as a capacity-building consultant, a project funded by the World Bank, demonstrating his comprehensive understanding of international development. Chopra’s business acumen is also evident from his successful stint as Managing Director for Singapore, covering Southeast Asia for a major global tech group, where he led significant mergers and acquisitions and provided strategic business counsel.
